Who would’ve thought the most incredible Korean raw crab I’ve had in LA isn’t in Koreatown, but in Chino Hills? This spot totally lived up to the hype! 🔥 Spicy Raw Crab (Yangnyeom Gejang) – Meant to order soy sauce crab but it was sold out—turned out to be a happy accident! The spicy version was insanely flavorful—sweet, garlicky, and perfectly balanced. The crab was fresh, tender, and easy to crack. The sauce is so good you’ll want to mix it with rice! I loved it so much I ordered another to go—they even packed it in a heavy-duty cooler for my 1.5-hour drive home! 🚗💨 🍲 Abalone Porridge – Generously filled with abalone, topped with egg yolk and sesame. Mild and comforting—great with something spicy. 🥘 Potato & Pork Bone Stew (Gamjatang) – A huge pot packed with tender pork bones, soft potatoes, and rich broth. Hearty and satisfying! 🥬 Boiled Pork Wrap Set (Bossam) – Thick, tender pork slices served with fresh lettuce, perilla leaves, kimchi, and doenjang stew. A complete, flavorful meal.
