LA Brazilian BBQ | Fogo de Chão 🥩🍋
Let’s start with the favorites: 🍹 Brazilian Lemonade – Refreshing, not too sweet, and refillable (I had three glasses!). 🧁 Pão de Queijo & Green Juice – The cheese bread was warm and chewy, and the green juice felt healthy and light. 🥩 Garlic Steak – The standout among the meats—juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned. 🍺 Torpedo IPA – A bit more bitter than your average IPA, but still enjoyable. The fruit was fresh, and the cheese selection was impressive—great variety and quality. As for the meats, most were on the salty side and tasted quite similar in seasoning. The cuts leaned toward the leaner side, and the lamb had a stronger gaminess than expected. One interesting note: the grilled cheese and grilled pork served with honey were nice, though the cheese didn’t quite match up to Cypriot Halloumi. My dad and I arrived quite hungry after walking several miles, but we felt full surprisingly fast—within about 10 minutes! After observing, we realized why: the servers circulate extremely frequently, bringing different cuts in rapid succession. While the variety is exciting, it can overwhelm your appetite quickly. Overall, a solid spot for meat lovers who enjoy constant action and fresh sides—just pace yourself! 🍍✨ #FogoDeChao #BrazilianBBQ #LAEats #PasadenaDining #MeatLovers #AllYouCanEat #DiningExperience #FoodReview #LAFoodie #EatSlow
