Went for a family dinner at Steak 48 in Beverly Hills 🥂 and let’s start with the desserts — because they were absolutely stunning! 🍨 Dessert Trio (All complimentary! 🎁) Lou Lou’s Homemade Cookies & Cream Gelato Cake Not too sweet — and I usually don’t like chocolate, but this was delicious! Ultimate Warm Vanilla Caramel Cake A bit sweet, but balanced with fresh whipped cream 😋 Beignet Tree Simple flavor, but the presentation is SHOWSTOPPING! 💥 These were gifted to celebrate my graduation 🎓 and to apologize for a small incident earlier (a glass broke near our table). They even gave us cookies to take home! 🍪❤️ 🍤 Appetizers Crispy Shrimp – My personal fave! Perfectly crunchy with a light sauce. Pacific Yellowtail Hamachi / Maine Lobster Escargot / Seafood Tower (oysters & king crab legs) / Raw Scallops I stuck mostly to cooked items, but the family loved the fresh raw bar! 🥗 Salads Roasted Beet Salad & 48 Caesar with Warmed Poached Egg Both delicious — but I’m a sucker for that soft poached egg! 🥚 🥩 Mains (Shared 4 dishes) Including: Sea Bass A5 Kobe Wine Fed (thinly sliced — so tender!) A classic steak (forgot the cut 😅) Pork Chop – My favorite of the night! 🌽 Sides (All re-made and comped due to the glass incident — amazing service!)
