The food court is spacious, bright, and super comfortable — so much so that we end up here at least twice a week 😂 Out of all the vendors, our go-to is Taipei OG Noodle Shop (check the menu at the end of my pics! 📝) 🍜 Beef Noodle Soup – My partner’s favorite! Perfect for cooler days — the broth is rich and deeply flavored, slow-simmered with pork and beef bones. You can even see a thin layer of natural oil form when it cools — a true sign of quality! The noodles are handmade, chewy, and springy — even our little one slurps them up happily ❤️ 🌶️ Signature Dry Dan Dan Noodles – My personal pick! A little spicy, super fragrant, and packed with flavor. A must-try if you love dry-style noodles! 🍚 Chicken Rice Bowl – Generous portion with tender chicken, pork floss, fried shallots, cherry tomatoes, and pickled cucumber.
