LA Ktown’s Legendary Braised Pork Hocks 🐷 So Tender & Delicious!!
Tried a braised pork hock place in Ktown yesterday—what a delicious surprise! 🥳 The storefront is super low-key (easy to miss!), and it’s filled with Korean aunties and uncles dining inside—always a good sign 👍 The staff auntie said a small portion would be enough for three people—and she was right! The serving was huge! The pork hock was sliced, incredibly soft and flavorful, with a rich soy-based sauce. Served with kimchi, soybean paste, and fresh lettuce leaves—so tasty and not greasy at all. Wrapping it in lettuce was perfect! 🌿 We also ordered: 🦐 Seafood Pancake – loaded with ingredients, thick and satisfying 🌶️ Spicy Stir-fried Squid – super fragrant, great with rice, and not too spicy Wanted to try the cold noodles too, but we were too full! 😅 We ended up with lots of leftovers—each person paid just over $30 💰 Jang Choong Dong Jokbal 📍 2716 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles 🅿️ Parking available at the front and another lot behind the plaza #LAKoreanFood #LAKtown #KtownEats #LAEats #KoreanFood #LAFoodGuide #KtownFood #LAExploration #LAEatsAndDrinks #KtownDelights #LAKoreanCuisine #ComfortFood #HiddenGem
