LA Ktown | All-American Savory Fried Chicken 🍗🔥

Their chicken thighs (bone-in) are marinated for 24 hours in buttermilk and a special spicy sauce, then finished with a chili-honey glaze. The crust has a subtle honey flavor—sweet and savory rather than spicy. And wow, the chicken thigh portion is huge—when it arrived, I thought it was a turkey leg! 😂 Each order also comes with fried chicken skin as a snack. Though it might be pre-fried (both times I’ve been, it wasn’t super crispy), it’s still tasty. Each plate is served with ranch dressing, but if you like heat, try ordering the spicy ranch sauce on the side. Their ranch has parsley or chives (hard to tell which!) and tastes super fresh. 🌿 Highly recommend the corn ribs! 🌽 The cheese topping isn’t too heavy, and it’s served with lime mayo—so flavorful, just like Mexican street corn! I haven’t seen many Asian customers here—if you’re into American-style fried chicken, give it a try!
