Celebrated my good friend’s birthday with a star-worthy dinner at Manzke in Beverly Hills ✨. This French Michelin-starred restaurant is founded by Chefs Bruce and Margarita Manzke. Perfect for a special date night or a foodie adventure! 💑🍾 The 10-course menu is heavily focused on seafood 🐟🦞. After finishing the last course, our server kindly asked if we were still hungry—if not, the chef would offer an extra Wagyu dish! We were actually quite full, but couldn’t resist saying yes 😉. I also loved the creativity of the final dessert: chocolate designed to look like mushrooms growing in a forest 🍄🌲 – so whimsical and delicious! The overall experience was impeccable: attentive service, stunning flavors, unexpected combinations, and beautifully plated dishes. Each course was a masterpiece – not a single miss!
