LAβ My Private Collection of Premium Wagyu BBQ ββ¨
Today I discovered a fine dining BBQ spot perfect for dates! π We ordered the Premium Wagyu set, which came with tons of sides + appetizers. π The starters included: beef tartare, japchae, carpaccio beef wraps, salmon, salad, and porridge β all part of the set! We were honestly stunned by how much food there was.ππ π After the appetizers came the Wagyu beef β excellent quality, rich marbling. We grilled three different cuts to medium-rare, and the fat literally melted in our mouths with a creamy, milky aroma. My favorite was the marinated Wagyu.β€οΈπ π After the meat, we also got three-color pancake and fried yellow croaker. π Then came the choice of noodles or rice β we picked doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew). It was flavorful, though by then we were already stuffed! π The vibe was great too β we sat in a semi-private booth, nice and cozy.
