LA Night Market-Style Braised Offal… But Make It Taco! 🌮
Okay, let’s be real—California’s iconic street food is the taco 🌮, especially with Mexico right next door! To try the famous ones, I drove 30+ minutes after work to the west side… and guess what? This place always has a line, no matter when you go! 😂 The menu is MASSIVE—pretty much every Mexican meat you can dream of is here: 🥩 Meat Choices: Asada (Beef) Buche (Stomach) Cabeza (Head) Lengua (Tongue) 👅 Pastor (Pork + Pineapple!) 🍍 Tripa (Tripe) Chorizo (Sausage) Pollo (Chicken) Suadero/Carnitas (Beef Shoulder) Honestly? I tried almost all of them and… most taste similarly delicious (just different textures 😆). The tripe was chewy, and the al pastor (pork with pineapple) was a sweet-savity win! 🌟 They give you the meat + tortilla—you add salsa, onions, cilantro, lime, etc. yourself! 🧅🌿🍋 💵 Cash only | ❌ Closed Sun & Mon 📍 Locations: 1️⃣ 11341 National Blvd, LA 90064 2️⃣ 3118 S Sepulveda Blvd, LA 90034 Don’t forget cash… and don’t come on a Monday! 😉 #LATacos #MexicanFood #LAStreetFood #TacoTuesdayEveryday #Los Angeles
