LA Sashimi Lovers, This One’s for You! 🍣

We’re back at Heaven City Market in West Covina — a regular go-to for our family! This food court is basically our weekday lifesaver when we’re too tired to cook. This time, we discovered a creative new spot combining sashimi and tacos and couldn’t resist trying it. As sashimi fans, we ordered their Salmon Sushi Taco 🌮 — loaded with fresh, buttery salmon cubes in a crispy shell made from rice paper and seaweed. So good! 🍣🥣 Salmon Poke Bowl Honestly, one of the best poke bowls I’ve tried! I went for a medium size with both salmon and tuna. The fish portions were incredibly generous — for the first time ever, I finished the rice and still had salmon left over! 😯 We also grabbed two Unagi Don (eel rice bowls) for lunch the next day. Even reheated, the eel was tender and the sauce rich and flavorful.
