🐟 LA Sashimi Lovers, You Gotta Try This Spot!

We’re back at Heaven City Market in West Covina for another family food run! 🛒👨‍👩‍👧 This food court has become our go-to casual dining spot. After work on weekdays when we don’t feel like cooking, we bring the kids here to explore. This time, we discovered a creative new vendor that combines sashimi with tacos — and we were totally intrigued! As sashimi fans, we ordered a few of their signature items: 🌮 Salmon Sushi Taco Generous chunks of fresh, buttery salmon wrapped in a crispy shell made from rice paper and nori. So flavorful and satisfying! 🍣 Salmon Poke Bowl (Medium) Hands down one of the best poke bowls I’ve had! We picked salmon and tuna — both incredibly fresh and plentiful. I actually finished the rice and still had salmon left — that’s a first! 🍱 Unagi Don (Eel Rice Bowl) We ordered two to take home for lunch the next day. Even reheated, the eel was tender and richly glazed — so tasty!
