LA YUMIYAKI Sukiyaki House
Melt-in-Your-Mouth Wagyu Feast đ˛â¨ After a pretty average experience at Mikiya, I didnât have high hopes for this newly opened sukiyaki spot⌠But wowâI was totally wrong! The quality here is way more consistent!! You can literally see the differenceâthe ingredients are top-notch, and the photos speak for themselves (no filter needed!). đ¸đĽ I enjoyed it so much, I wanted to share this right after my mealâsuper satisfying! My friend agreed itâs a big step up, too. The sukiyaki broth has just the right level of sweetness, the ingredients are freshâno icy bitsâ and the meat is seriously delicious. đĽŠđ We went for the $88/person set menu. Besides the limited-edition wagyu, I really loved the cut rolls, and the sashimi was great too! They also have a self-service area, so you can control how much you takeâ way better than ordering plate after plate and ending up with too much. The restaurantâs vibe is thoughtfully designedâspacious seating, not cramped at all. I can definitely see myself coming back often! That saidâitâs not worth waiting in line for hours. I went in the afternoon when it wasnât crowded, and honestly, compared to Mikiya, this place is a clear winner (you know what I mean đ). Have you tried YUMIYAKI yet?
