π² Lake Tahoe ο½ Perfect One-Day Getaway
This October, I embarked on a delicious and scenic escape to Lake Tahoe β where great food meets even greater views! ππ½οΈ π Lake Tahoe Cruises β MS Dixie II Started the morning with a stroll around the pier. You donβt have to take the cruise to enjoy the views β the early morning lake is so peaceful~ π π Bert's CafΓ© Hearty American breakfast π₯! Their pancakes and French toast are famous. Fueled up and ready for the day! βοΈ π Emerald Bay Went for a relaxed hike with gorgeous views all the way down to the lake. The lookout from the trail above is absolutely worth it! π₯Ύπ π Tahoe Tap Haus A cozy British-style pub open past lunch hours π». We snacked on fish & chips, wings, sweet potato fries, and a BLAT β all tasty! Loved pairing them with local craft beers. π π Sand Harbor Drove over in the afternoon for sunset π. The water here is unbelievably blue, and watching the golden glow spread over the lake was pure magic. So romantic! π π The Sage Room Steakhouse Finished the day with a fancy dinner π₯©. Got lucky β no reservation but still got a table! The salmon melted in my mouth.
