Lake Tahoe Food Diary π½οΈ | Tahoe Eats
Since we stayed on the north shore this time, all these spots are nearby β perfect for future north-shore travelers! βͺ(Β΄Ξ΅ο½ ) 1. FUMO Lake Tahoe We sat outdoors (late August weather was perfect! π). Wild Cut Salmon ($46 β memorable price π€£) Clam Chowder (group favorite!) Black Garlic Truffle Pasta (no truffle flavor, tasted Taiwanese-style?) Ultimate Tahoe Burger (friend said: "Avoid this!" π) Verdict: Okay but overpriced βΊοΈ (friends didnβt recommend though!) 2. Tree Home Cafe π€ Found randomly on Google Maps β unexpectedly great! β‘ Coffee was decent, but must-try the burritos π―: Tree House Burrito Smoked Meat Burrito (we chose brisket) Everyone here orders one β so delicious π€€! Perfect for takeout to the lake. 3. Osteria Sierra (inside Hyatt Regency 1st floor) Food was okay π, but outdoor seating had stunning views! ποΈ Tahoe Benedict (friend said "meh") Braised Pork Carnitas Tacos (friend loved it!) The Omelet (safe choice β no regrets!) 4. Korean Chicken We ordered wings (bone-in) β plain + soy garlic π. Tasty! π No veggies though, so we bought sides from a supermarket π₯. 5. My Thai (only south shore spot!) We spent half a day on the south shore, so we tried this Xiaohongshu-famous spot. Generally okay π (seating was cramped!). Pad Thai was the standout β wok hei + egg fragrance π! Top 3 Iβve ever had π. #LakeTahoe #TahoeFood #FoodDiary #NorthTahoeEats #TravelEats π
