The wine list is quite interesting too. As for the food—at regular prices, I probably wouldn’t come. But for a 4-course meal at $99? Well, you know what they say: it’s not about the dish, it’s about the price! 😉💫 Pre: A very summery appetizer—a small bite with a fruit-infused cheese base. Definitely wakes up the appetite! 🧀🍓 First: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 Tomato Soup This tomato soup is seriously interesting—a true contrast of hot and cold! 🍅❄️🔥 Served with strawberry ice cream and rich tomato broth, with a finishing note of roasted pistachio aroma. A wild but wonderful combo! Second: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑 Rhode Island Black Bass The fish skin is perfectly crispy, the meat tender and flaky. 🐟✨ The sauce marinates the fish deeply while preserving its natural sweetness—balanced and not overly heavy. Third: 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑 Wolfe Ranch Quail The quality of the quail is excellent, and it’s cooked to perfection. 🐦🔥 But the seasoning… honestly, a dash of soy sauce might’ve done more. Such a pity for such good meat! Three stars for the flawless texture and cooking. My dining partner ordered the Brandt Beef Filet and Short Rib—I tried a bite. In my opinion, it was much better than the quail! 🥩❤️ Fourth: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑 Yellow Peach and Yuzu "Pie" Apart from waiting a bit long, this dessert was a lovely finish. 🍑🍋 It stayed true to the fresh, summery theme of the menu—leaving a light, fruity sweetness on your palate as you step out.
