Little Rock, Arkansas ✈️
Flew here from San Francisco with a layover in Houston—9 hours total. Passed over so many mountains and cities along the way. It reminded me once again how small we are in this vast world, and how strangely wonderful fate can be. Feeling more open and lighthearted now. 🌄 My pup completed her first domestic trip like a pro! No checks, no fuss—just brought her along, and everyone we met was so kind. 🐶❤️ Little Rock is incredibly peaceful. It’s 9 AM on a Friday, and the business district is so quiet—not a single car sound. So calm. And the people? Just as friendly. 😌 Everyone at the office loves dogs, and now my pup’s getting a little too confident, haha. 😆 Food Reviews 🍽️ Big Bad Breakfast A local colleague brought me here. They’re known for their biscuit—gotta come back to try it later. Since it’s been a while since I had an omelet, I ordered it two mornings in a row. So good—not too oily, perfectly seasoned. ☀️ The coffee was pretty basic, but the fresh-squeezed orange juice was absolutely refreshing! 🍊 Funniest part: they give out Clinton postcards with the bill—sassy touch 😂 Service was decent. ~$30 per person including tip. 👍 Definitely recommend! Cache Restaurant A nice American spot by the river. Our server was a lovely lady around 60 who seemed to know everyone—regulars and newcomers alike. Went with my dog, and even dining alone, I felt well taken care of. 🐾 That night, an older couple was celebrating their anniversary—holding hands, she had flowers… so sweet. Growing old together is truly something to admire. 💐 The food was a bit salty (or maybe I just eat light?), but the meat was good. Dessert came with complimentary vanilla ice cream—my favorite! 🍦 Portions are HUGE—like, no-way-a-girl-can-finish huge. I ordered a gin-based cocktail called "Respect the Elders"—color: sunset orange 🌅 Tasted great—not too sweet, not too strong. Perfect for winding down after a day’s work. Service was truly top-notch. ~$100 per person with tip. #Little Rock #FoodDiary #USA #TravelWithDog 🐶✨
