Little Rock Travel Diary ✨

❇️ Downtown Area: Includes the State Capitol, Clinton Presidential Library & Museum, Junction Bridge, and more. 🏛️🌉 Near Junction Bridge, there’s a riverside park and trails perfect for walking or cycling. The Clinton Presidential Library & Museum charges $12 for admission 💸, but it’s mostly focused on the Clinton family and can be a bit boring—so we recommend snapping photos outside and enjoying the free parking! The State Capitol is grand and offers free tours. ❇️ Fine Art Museum: Free admission! 🎨🆓 The surrounding park is great for a leisurely stroll. ❇️ Big Dam Bridge: This 1.2 KM bridge offers free parking 🚗🆓, and the views at dusk are stunning! 🌆 It’s a popular spot for locals to walk or cycle—highly recommended! ❇️ Pinnacle Mountain State Park: Free entry! 🏞️🆓 The visitor center provides maps. The hike to the summit takes about 40 minutes ⛰️⏱️, with some steep sections near the top. There are multiple trails, and it’s usually crowded, but the view from the top is worth it! ❇️ Wildwood Park for the Arts: A quiet and beautiful small park with several trails 🌳📸. It’s nice for a walk and photos, but not necessarily a must-see. ❇️ The Old Mill: A filming location for Gone with the Wind! 🎥🍃 This small, well-maintained park is perfect for photos. Free admission and free parking available at the entrance or along the road. ❇️ Hot Spring: 🔹 Hot spring baths require advance booking! 🛁📅 🔹 Free parking is available at 128 Exchange Street. From there, it’s a short walk to Bathhouse Row. The Visitor Center functions as a museum 🏛️🧴, offering maps and guides for the hot springs. 🔹 Hike the Grand Promenade trail up to Hot Spring Mountain Tower 🏞️🔭. Tower admission is $12, but there’s a free viewing platform at the base. 🔹 The Arlington Hotel has an early 20th-century vibe—great for photos but a bit spooky inside! 👻🏨 Outside, the Arlington Lawn has a hot spring fountain where many visitors play in the water. The entire town is dotted with natural hot springs! ❇️ Food Recommendations: The Pantry: A bit pricey but delicious! 🍽️😋 Taqueria EL Palenque: Affordable and tasty! 🌮💰 #LittleRockTravel #Arkansas #TravelDiary 🌟
