Twin Peaks — Restaurant in Little Rock

I had to go to the hotress for the to locate ourr waitress... It was a busy.foght night that it didn't seem the restaurant was prepared for.

Today's lunch consisted of a double stacked nacho brisket and a dirty blonde beer. You want one of these profiles in the mood for nacho.

Also, we ordered a triple feature of the dip which was all very good including avocado roasted fire salsa and queso dip.

Also, we ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with an order of side order of fries.

Today's lunch consisted of pulled pork barbecue french fries and street tacos along with an order of queso and chips. All drinks were served at 28° cold and we're very tasteful.

The BBQ was very good the fries were seasoned well the chicken tacos was a little lacking on seasoning but a little salsa on the side help to fix that problem.

I serve her today was Jacqueline and she did an outstanding job ensuring that we had everything we needed and that our cups never ran dry during my visit.

I even had a manager come by and visit my table who is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us with anything else we may have needed. I only had one little problem and it was quickly addressed and resolved in a professional manner.

I would happily return for another visit and next time bring an extra person with me for them to also enjoy what twin peaks...

I was overcharged for 2 bottles of wine on Sunday night. On Monday, I went to speak with a manager and was told that the managers were in a meeting. They were all sitting at a table in the dining room. I explained what my issue was and the server attempted to figure out what to do. As she was doing something on the computer a lady comes in who the girl approaches because she is a “manager”. She explained my issue and the lady takes my receipt, acknowledges the mistake, and says she will take care of it. She proceeds to walk to the back and then goes and sits at the table with the other “managers”. I sat there for over 15 minutes waiting on a resolution. I finally asked the server what was going on and she goes to the table and asks. One guy, seemingly annoyed, snatches the receipt and says something to the server. She comes back and tells me they said to just leave my name, phone number and email address and someone would contact me. It is now Friday and I still haven’t heard anything from the restaurant. The lack of professionalism and simple customer service is ridiculous at this location. This is not the first time that I have had an issue with an order with...
