Today in Sawtelle, I randomly bought a cake – and it was unexpectedly delicious! Wasn’t a planned trip – just passing through with a friend and popped into this little spot.👌🙌 From the outside, it looks like an ordinary small bakery. I thought it’d be standard French pastries, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got the staff-recommended signature cake – the shell was perfectly textured (not too soft or soggy), and the filling was creamy, rich, but not overly sweet. Finished one and immediately wanted another… but my brain said “don’t get fat” 🧠🙅‍♀️ My friend ordered another flavor – I stole a bite… and wow.
