Los Angeles|11 Must-Try K-Town Spots After 2 Years of Eating Here 🍜🔥
📍 Koreatown, Los Angeles This food guide is all you need‼️ 🐙 Louders – Amazing Korean fusion! Must-try: Octopus & pork belly rice bowl — if you don’t like it, come find me 😂 Cheese chicken pot 🧀 is a dream for cheese lovers. Fried chicken & shrimp pasta are decent. 🥩 Quarters – One of my favorite BBQ spots! Downside: often 2+ hour waits — try weekdays or off-peak hours. But everything is delicious — totally worth it! 🥩 KingChang – Known for beef intestine (their specialty), but if you’re not into that, the beef combo is great value for two. 🍲 Sun Nong Dan – The legendary LA staple! Beef rib stew with cheese & rice cakes is iconic. Soups #7 & #8 are fantastic 👍 Open 24/7 — perfect for late-night cravings. 🍢 Dan Sung Sa – Awesome yakitori-style skewers! Note: now requires alcohol purchase (must be 21+). Open till 2 AM — solid late-night option. 🐔 Yasiknara – Known as “Spicy Chicken Feet” for a reason! Soft, fall-off-the-bone chicken feet — even level 0.5 is spicy for me 🥵 Spice levels: 0–8. 🥘 Tokki – Upscale Korean tapas, great for dates 🍹❤️ Must-orders: scallop appetizer & truffle kimchi fried rice (I added A5 Wagyu — truffle + Wagyu + soft-boiled egg = heaven 💯). Reservations recommended. 🦞 Burnin‘ Shell – Newer grilled seafood spot. Seafood platter includes lobster, clams, eel, abalone, mussels, etc. Big portions, good for sharing. 🦐 Jae Bu Do – Classic Korean grilled seafood. Less central but worth it — combo sets are fresh (though lightly seasoned). 🥛 Cafe De Mama – Great study spot with indoor/outdoor seating. Try persimmon milk & injeolmi mochi latte with rice cakes on top 🍡 🍧 Taro Yuan – New taro dessert shop with boba & sweets. Taro lovers must try their “Taro Meets Happiness” dessert! #LosAngeles #LAEats #LAExplorer #KoreatownLA #LAKoreanFood #LAFoodGuide #LAFoodie
