I randomly searched for a local Thai spot nearby and was pleasantly surprised—turns out their boat noodles are Michelin-recommended! And a small bowl is only $8! 😱 The signature Boat Noodles are the star here 🍲 You can choose from different noodle types—thin or wide rice noodles. I went with the wide ones. The broth is sweet and sour with a hint of dry spice—all the flavors blend perfectly! The beef offal was tasty, and the pork loin was especially tender, especially with that soul-stirring dipping sauce! 🐷💥 The restaurant is clean and cozy—feels like their other dishes would be amazing too!
