The dishes here really focus on balancing seasoning with the natural flavors of the ingredients. After one too many overly heavy American meals, this was a welcome change! 🙌 Must-try: Their tacos! 🌮 Three different flavors, and all were amazing—especially with their house-made chili sauce (I love spice and though it wasn’t too hot; it had a vibe similar to Hainan yellow pepper sauce). Also, don’t miss the Brussels sprouts (see pic 3)! The seasoning was incredible. Even if you’re tired of Brussels sprouts in LA, you have to try these—they’re different, seriously! ✨ Overall, the burgers here beat many dedicated burger joints (even some famous ones), and the tacos were uniquely delicious.
