Los Angeles Michelin Restaurant | Maude π
A fine dining Michelin one-star spot I visited with my girlfriends β Maude! Great vibes, perfect for date nights or gatherings with friends. Three dishes really wowed me, though the first few leaned quite sour. The plating, however, is absolutely gorgeous. β€οΈ Food: 3.5/5 The uni, quail, and persimmon dessert stood out as my favorites. The first three seafood courses were quite tangy, almost too acidic. Dessert is served upstairs in a separate area β the persimmon dessert was divine, but the cinnamon apple that followed tasted odd (and I usually like cinnamon). The rest were decent but not memorable. β€οΈ Service: An 18% gratuity is automatically added. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout.ππ β€οΈ Ambiance: The restaurant is cozy yet not noisy, with well-spaced tables. The upstairs dessert lounge is especially romantic β ideal for dates. β€οΈ Price: Around $380 per personπβ€οΈ We opted for non-alcoholic drinks and added the black truffle supplement β not worth it at $65 per person. Quality was inconsistent; Iβd skip it next time. π Address: 212 S Beverly Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 #FrenchCuisine #MichelinRestaurant #HiddenGemEats #RestaurantRecommends #VibeDining
