Los Leones Canyon

Tuesday, October 7, 2025 📅 510 Los Liones Dr, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 🏞️ The trailhead has free parking available right at the entrance. 🚗✅ The entire path is a dirt and sand trail, so wearing shoes with good grip is highly recommended for safety! 👟✨ After walking for about half an hour, you’ll reach a scenic spot with a unique tree—a super popular photo op! 📸🌳 Lots of people stop here for pictures. Continuing upward, the trail becomes wider, and you might occasionally see motorcycles or bicycles passing by. 🏍️🚴 Once you reach the next lookout, you’re rewarded with stunning views of rolling hills meeting the endless ocean! 🌊⛰️ Absolutely breathtaking! There’s a restroom along the way that’s surprisingly clean and odor-free, just like the portable toilet at the entrance. 🚻🙌 It’s about a 10-minute walk from there to the final viewpoint. At the top, the view is spectacular! There are even two benches where you can sit, relax, and take it all in. 🪑😍 On the way back down, we were treated to a gorgeous sunset—the perfect end to the hike! 🌅❤️ I took my time going up, stopping for photos, and it took me about 2 hours. The descent was quicker—only 1 hour and 20 minutes! ⏱️💨 Have you hiked Los Leones Canyon before? What was your experience like? How long did it take you?
