Lyon Restaurant: Flair Restaurant 🍽️
The last dinner with my friend 💗 Appetizer: The foie gras was absolutely divine! So smooth and creamy, it melted in my mouth—it’s the best foie gras I’ve ever had in France! Paired with buttery biscuits, it was pure indulgence. The mackerel with egg sauce was also fantastic! 🐟🍳 Main Course: Spanish pluma (learned something new today: it's a small cut of muscle between the shoulder and neck of the pig, shaped like a feather, hence the name "pluma" 🐖💡), had such a unique flavor! The fat was evenly distributed, and the tenderness was out of this world! The fish was nothing special, just normal. 🐟 Dessert: Coco lemon tart, creamy brioche, and matcha cake (I made up these names because their original names were way too long 😆). The ambiance was great, the service was excellent, the food was amazing, and the presentation was super Michelin-style.
