We had high hopes for this place but we're sadly disappointed. Slightly uneven service: seated quickly, served amuse bouche immediately but had to ask for water three times... Very pretty food, and nice little Asian touches from the Japanese chef, but most of the dishes never quite took off. The most surprising and enchanting we tried were both starters: a piquillo pepper salad and a pan seared foie gras perfectly matched with blueberries, and remarkably, cauliflower. But both the fish and guinea fowl mains were boring and in the fish's case oversalted and watery. The desserts tried hard but never amounted to much. I wanted to love this place but sadly didn't. I don't really know how to start. The food was good, but I have a small mention. I would have liked the tuna to have a little taste compared to the sauces and vegetables that were on the plate. I don't think it's normal for the main ingredient to be bland. Chef! the tuna meat should also have a little taste: salty would be ideal or sour or bitter or sweet, but it should have a little taste. We went with the family and I can just recommend that restaurant. The concept is mixing Asian flavours with French one. The result is amazing and the price for value is incredible. You choose between 3 types of menus (the difference being the number of starter or main you can choose). The base menu was composed of a choice of 4 starter 2 main (fish, meat) and 2 dessert.
