Tried the newly opened Apex Grill on State St (across from LeC’s, formerly Dragon-I)! 🎉 💰 Pricey—after tax and tip, it came to ~$43 per person. Might try recreating this at home next time! 😂 The grill had some residue (why no foil lining? 🤔), and ordering was mostly via QR code, with some self-serve items at the sauce bar. Here’s what we devoured: 🥩 Ribeye – Thinly sliced but flavorful! Unlimited orders—just ask for more! (Sometimes came out frozen though 😅) 🍖 Bulgogi – Marinated beef—solid! The Hawaiian style comes with a pineapple ring! 🍍 🦐 Shrimp – Options: head-on or head-off (plain or Cajun). Heads can be (fishy)—be cautious! 🦑 Spicy Marinated Squid – So good! Regret not ordering more! 🌶️ 🥓 Beef Brisket – Unmarinated—okay, but ribeye is better! 🫓 Seafood Pancake – Tasty but filling!
