Restaurant: Hutong 📍Address: 410 E Wilson St, Madison, WI 53703 🍢 Lamb Skewers: $10 for 3 skewers — these are big, meaty skewers (not the small street-style ones), but the flavor is authentic and tasty! 🔥 🍝 Dan Dan Noodles: Probably the BEST in Madison! 😍 Flavorful and rich, though a bit salty — maybe because there's a lot of meat sauce and not enough noodles? Still highly recommend! 🥢 Sesame Noodles: Also worth trying! Good, but the Dan Dan noodles are still the star 🌟. 🧈 Cold Tofu Skin: Pretty basic — something you could easily make at home. Not a must-order. 🥙 Roujiamo (Chinese Burger): Tastes just like the ones in China! 👍 Highly recommend, but be prepared to wait — it took 30 minutes the first time, and an hour the second time! 😅 🐔 Saliva Chicken: Ate it a long time ago… honestly can’t even remember the taste 😬. 📌 Heads-up: The restaurant has no obvious sign — it’s easy to miss! I’ve attached a photo of the entrance in my last pic 📸. Overall, the food is delicious, but portions are small and prices are a bit high 💸.
