Located right across from Trader Joe’s — just a short walk away! Tried it for the first time last week while grabbing a weekday meal, and it was delicious. Liked it so much that I recommended it for a group hangout this week — already my second visit! 🔥 Flaming Volcano They literally light it on fire — so fancy! Made with crab stick and tempura crumbs. $17 🍒 Cranberry Smoke Top layer: beef tenderloin with cranberry sauce. Inside: fried shrimp. $17 🐉 Dragon Roll A classic roll you’ll find at most sushi spots — topped with avocado and filled with crab stick. $17 🐟 Aburi Salmon My FAVORITE! 🔥 Salmon torched with a flame gun — so flavorful. $15 🥩 Up Town Funk Ordered this for the sliced New York strip on top. $18 ⚪️ Butterfish Roll Topped with white fish and wrapped around fried salmon inside. $17 🍱 Nama Special 6 pieces of nigiri + 6 pieces of sashimi. The salmon melts in your mouth! $29 Overall, the quality is just as good as RED — but way more affordable! It’s on par with Muramoto (though that one’s farther away, so I don’t go often).
