🍜 Ramen String A delicious Japanese ramen spot with super quick service and great prices! Their rice bowls and ramen are all tasty. If you like spice, challenge yourself with their Hell Ramen! 🌶️🍜 🇮🇹 Cento A stylish Italian restaurant with amazing pizza, pasta, and steak. Their appetizers are especially incredible—must-tries include Bacon Wrapped Dates, Lamb Meatballs, and any of their pastas! 🍝🧀 🍲 Fugu A cozy Chinese restaurant run by a super sweet owner. Their nine-grid hotpot with freshly sliced meat is a highlight! Also recommend the Double Pepper Chicken Gizzards, Seafood Tofu, and Spicy Chicken. 🥢🔥 🍸 Eno Vino Downtown A vibey rooftop bar with stunning views of the Capitol and State Street. Perfect for anniversaries or birthdays—great for photos! Food is outstanding: try the Crispy Lobster, Truffled Fries, and Bruschetta (like mini pizzas—all flavors rock!). 🦞🏛️ 🍣 Yume Sushi A solid sushi spot with a wide variety of rolls at affordable prices. Also serves udon noodles with tempura shrimp and veggies. 🍤🍜 🍍 Rising Sons An amazing Thai restaurant—my favorite Southeast Asian spot in Madison! Conveniently located on State Street. Expect a wait since the owner often handles everything alone, but it’s worth it! Must-order: Beef Fried Instant Noodles, Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, Shrimp in a Blanket, and yes—they have sweet Mango Sticky Rice! 🥭🍚 🍛 Ramen Kid Their Japanese curry rice is a standout—especially the Pork Katsu Curry. It can get busy on weekends, but the wait is totally worth it! 🍛🐖 🍛 The Globe A hidden gem on State Street serving affordable and flavorful Indian food. Their curries come in little pots with rice—super generous portions! Spice levels range from 1 to 5—level 3 is already super hot🌶️, and almost no one dares to try level 5! Their dumplings (fried or steamed) are also delicious with dipping sauce. 🥟❤️ #MadisonEats #FoodieFavorites #HiddenRestaurants #UWMadison #InternationalStudentEats #WeekendFoodTour #DateNightIdeas #MadisonWI
