Madison Bakery Review: Bloom Bake Shop πβ
Just tried Bloom β and it did NOT disappoint! π Their Apple Danish is absolutely delicious β warm, flaky, and filled with cinnamon-spiced apples with that rich buttery aroma ππ§ Also ordered the Cruffin (croissant + muffin π): The cream inside wasnβt too sweet β nice touch! But the outer pastry was coated in a pretty sweet glaze π―β¦ a tad overwhelming if youβre not into sugary pastries. The cream had a cinnamony twist β not sure if itβs a fall special π, but it tasted seasonal and cozy! Iced Americano for just $3 β and the coffee quality was actually really good πβοΈ Smooth and strong, not bitter. The vibe in the cafΓ© is super cute β rustic and warm. Great place to study, catch up with friends, or just treat yourself on a crisp Madison morning. π Located near the Williamson Street area β a must-visit if youβre around!
