Madison BBQ Spot + Local Beer 🍖🍻

North and South Seafood & Smokehouse 🌟🌟🌟 Went here because a friend who’s really into Texas BBQ recommended it—plus the name sounded fun (“North and South,” right? 😄). I’m a big ribs fan—loved the sweet sauce here, and most of the meat was super flavorful 🍖💦. The brisket was a bit bland and fatty for me, but the crispy bark was nice! Pulled pork was just okay… kinda dry and underseasoned 😕. BUT the cheesy potato side?? AMAZING 🧀🥔! Madison cheese really lives up to the hype lol. The tacos were a surprise hit 🌮👌—even though the shrimp was fried, it stayed super juicy! The salad itself was fresh 🥗, but the brisket in it was so tough and dry… we ate all the greens and left the meat behind 😂. Also tried the legendary Spotted Cow beer—only available in Wisconsin 🐄🍺!
