Madison Eats | Korean All-You-Can-Eat BBQ Spot “Apex” Is Finally Open

Apex had a soft launch over the summer, but then it closed for some upgrades (not sure why 🤔). Now it’s officially open — and it’s worth the wait! For $34.99 per person, you get unlimited meat and veggies 🥩🥬, with a 1.5-hour time limit (though they didn’t seem super strict about it when I went!). They offer a wide range of proteins: pork, beef, chicken, seafood — both marinated and non-marinated. I personally preferred the original (non-marinated) cuts — really good quality! Some of the Korean-style marinated meats weren’t totally my vibe, but you do you 😉 The side station has refreshing watermelon 🍉, tasty kimchi, and other classic Korean banchan.
