Madison Eats | Strings Ramen – Cozy & Delicious Ramen Spot!

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Strings Ramen! Since I live at The Hub, it’s super convenient for me πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’¨β€¦ but fair warning – if you go during peak meal times, be prepared to wait in line. 2 out of 3 times I’ve had to queue! I’ve ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with Braised Pork Belly three times in a row – it’s THAT good!! 🐷🍜 The broth is rich, the noodles are springy, and the pork belly just melts in your mouth. On my last visit, I also tried my friend’s curry rice – mixed well, it was incredibly flavorful (though it takes some skill to stir it perfectly! πŸ‘©πŸ³) I also sampled their signature dessert on my first visit, but it was just okay – not great value, and the texture reminded me of a firmer, less flavorful version of qingtuan (Chinese mugwort dumplings). Maybe skip the sweets and stick to the ramen! πŸ˜… πŸ’΅ Price: Around $20+ per person πŸ“ Strings Ramen Shop (Check map for exact location!) A must-try for ramen lovers – just try to go off-peak if you can! πŸ•’ #Madison #RamenLover #UWMadison #FoodieReview #StringsRamen #ComfortFood
