Iβve lost count of how many times Iβve been to Strings Ramen! Since I live at The Hub, itβs super convenient for me πββοΈπ¨β¦ but fair warning β if you go during peak meal times, be prepared to wait in line. 2 out of 3 times Iβve had to queue! Iβve ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with Braised Pork Belly three times in a row β itβs THAT good!! π·π The broth is rich, the noodles are springy, and the pork belly just melts in your mouth. On my last visit, I also tried my friendβs curry rice β mixed well, it was incredibly flavorful (though it takes some skill to stir it perfectly! π©π³) I also sampled their signature dessert on my first visit, but it was just okay β not great value, and the texture reminded me of a firmer, less flavorful version of qingtuan (Chinese mugwort dumplings).
