🍖 Madison Food Adventure: Prost! 🍻

Suddenly craved some German sausages 🥨 – and discovered Prost, a charming beer hall near the Capitol! The building itself looks straight out of Bavaria – like a little German chapel 🏰🇩🇪. We ordered the Sausage Platter ($22) with two hearty sausages 🌭🌭. It came with a whole BOARD of assorted ham, pickles, and sauerkraut – honestly, the sides alone could fill you up! 😋🥬 The sausages were authentic – boiled then grilled, super juicy and packed with flavor. Pure fatty, cholesterol-loaded joy – perfect for a cheat day! 💥🧀 They also serve a wide variety of beers 🍺, including dark beer! 🖤🍻 Overall, a delicious and fun experience – and super convenient if you’re taking Bus A or B. Just a short walk from the stop! Definitely recommend if you’re into German comfort food and good beer.
