Madison Steakhouse | Rare Steakhouse 🥩✨

This place is around $100 per person, located near State Street. Came purely for the experience 💸🍴. We ordered the PORTERHOUSE — dry-aged, shared between two, sliced, and cooked medium. Ever since I tried medium rare last time, I’ve really started to appreciate the richer flavor of less-cooked steak 🩸🔥. This one was pretty good quality! Also got a mushroom side — nothing special, kinda meh 🍄. Dessert was some banana flambé — prepared tableside with fire and everything! 🔥🍌 Super sweet though… came with two scoops of ice cream 🍦. The bread and butter deserved a shout-out — the butter was strawberry-flavored 🍓🧈! Loved it. Felt like there weren’t many Asians here that night. The restaurant was packed, but we were the only Asian table… and definitely the only students 😅. Everyone else seemed like they just got off work.
