Tried Ha Long Bay after seeing so many recommendations — and it did NOT disappoint! Their Tom Yum soup is officially my #1 in Madison 🍜🔥. If you know anywhere better, please tell me! 🍜 Drunken Noodles Their Drunken Noodles are made with wide, flat rice sheets — super flavorful and aromatic! I got the beef version — tender slices like Chaozhou hot pot style 🥩👌. So good! 🍛 Red Curry with Duck We ordered mild spice, and honestly… it didn’t taste much like curry. More sweet than spicy. The duck was okay, but I still prefer Monsoon Siam’s duck curry. 🍽️ Golden Tofu The fried tofu itself was CRISPY and delicious — but the dipping sauce was way too sweet 😭. Might bring my own Lao Gan Ma next time lol! 🥭 Mango Rice Drink The staff highly recommended this, but wow… it was extremely sweet 🍚💦. We had to dilute it with water. The concept is great — just needs less sugar! 🦐 Tom Yum Soup / Noodles This is the star ⭐ — perfectly balanced, tangy, and aromatic. No artificial spice or weak broth like other places.
