Tried Ha Long Bay after seeing so many recommendations β and it did NOT disappoint! Their Tom Yum soup is officially my #1 in Madison ππ₯. If you know anywhere better, please tell me! π Drunken Noodles Their Drunken Noodles are made with wide, flat rice sheets β super flavorful and aromatic! I got the beef version β tender slices like Chaozhou hot pot style π₯©π. So good! π Red Curry with Duck We ordered mild spice, and honestlyβ¦ it didnβt taste much like curry. More sweet than spicy. The duck was okay, but I still prefer Monsoon Siamβs duck curry. π½οΈ Golden Tofu The fried tofu itself was CRISPY and delicious β but the dipping sauce was way too sweet π. Might bring my own Lao Gan Ma next time lol! π₯ Mango Rice Drink The staff highly recommended this, but wowβ¦ it was extremely sweet ππ¦. We had to dilute it with water. The concept is great β just needs less sugar! π¦ Tom Yum Soup / Noodles This is the star β β perfectly balanced, tangy, and aromatic. No artificial spice or weak broth like other places.
