Mai Town Food 🫕 Cheese Fondue Check-in 🧀 Melting Pot

This was my first time trying cheese fondue—so novel and fun! ~ We got a two-person (the $119 tier vs. $125 tier). We went with the $119 option, which includes a cheese fondue, salad, broth fondue, and chocolate fondue! There are many types of cheese fondue to choose from. We went with the classic Wisconsin Cheddar 🫕. It’s served with mushrooms, broccoli, little bread pieces, and other veggies (there are other combos, but we stuck with the default). The cheese was super rich and satisfying—ate until we were happy 🧀. What really surprised me, though, was the broth fondue that came after! How did they make clear broth taste so fragrant and delicious? 🤔 (It’s also totally different from Chinese hotpot.) Everything cooked in it was amazing 😭. For the broth fondue, you get to pick two sets of proteins—beef, chicken, fish, all available. And finally—the chocolate fondue! As soon as we saw "Yin Yang" on the menu, we knew we had to order it. It’s melted white and dark chocolate swirled into a yin-yang symbol. So fun 😁. It comes with lots of classic pastries, snacks, and fruits for dipping. 📍 The Melting Pot This place is right next to the famous pho spot, Saigon Noodles.
