Manila La Cathedral Cafe

A café located in the Spanish Walled City, backing onto a church, and one of the more famous open-air cafés in the area! The best time to visit is around 5-6 PM when the sun is gradually setting—it's the most beautiful then! If you come at noon or 1-2 PM, it's the hottest and sunniest time! Highly not recommended to sit on the rooftop terrace area during those hours—you'll get roasted!!! According to reviews on xhs, the food is just average, so I didn't order much. Most items are drinks, pasta, sandwiches, and some small desserts. It's more suitable for an afternoon tea break. Overall, the café environment is very nice, and the night view is especially beautiful in the evening. The lights combined with the church's top architecture create a full-on atmosphere! Almost everyone who comes here, whether locals or foreigners, ends up taking a bunch of photos 🤳 The church clock chimes a short bell every 15 minutes, and a long bell on the hour, which is quite interesting too. 🏠 Name: La Cathedral Cafe 📍 Address: 636 Cabildo St, Intramuros, Manila, 1002 Metro Manila Rating: 4.5⭐️ (out of 5) ⏰ Opening Hours: Mon-Fri (8 AM-9 PM), Sat-Sun (8 AM-10 PM) During the day, you can take photos of the blue sky, white clouds, and the surroundings. At night, you can capture the night view of the European-style retro architecture. Different times offer different scenery! You can come around 5 PM and stay until evening. In short, it's worth a visit‼️ #COTD Coffee Exploration #My Casual Snaps #Manila Spanish Walled City
