Philippines Casa Buenas Spanish Cuisine

Yesterday, I went to a Spanish-style restaurant with a friend, and the food was absolutely delicious. The place is called Casa Buenas, and it's said to be frequented by many influencers and local celebrities. The dishes are also very exquisite 🥰 Casa Buenas Restaurant 🍴 offers both Filipino and Spanish cuisine. The literal meaning of "Casa Buenas" is to celebrate the best of Filipino culture and heritage—from refined cuisine, the finest architecture, to typical Filipino hospitality. In Filipino, "buenas" also means luck and blessings, bringing some good fortune to the guests 😇 🍸It's said that the inspiration comes from the originality of Filipino cooking, blended with a refined mix of Eastern and Western techniques. They offer everything from appetizers to soups and salads, delicious main courses, grilled meats, seafood specialties, and juicy desserts. 🍸The restaurant's ambiance and nostalgic interior showcase the classic charm of original Filipino culture, with designs incorporating intricate elements inspired by the rich indigenous materials from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Many of the furniture pieces and hardwood floors are intricately carved... 😇 Such a beautiful restaurant! The high ceilings make the place feel especially upscale and grand. However, the food is just average. It's worth experiencing once, but probably won't come back next time. Still, it's great for taking photos—very photogenic and totally worth it for that! 📸 #VibesRestaurant #ManilaSpanishRestaurant #ManilaTravel #RestaurantRecommendation #ManilaFoodExploration
