Great news — you can now try Xinjiang-style food right here in Atlanta! (Actually, it's Uzbek cuisine, but close enough in spirit.) I tried it myself, and it's a solid recommend — especially if you love meat and noodles! We ordered: 🐑 Lamb Laghman (hand-pulled noodles) – The noodles were wonderfully chewy, and the tomato broth was rich and savory. 🍚 Plov (Uzbek pilaf) – Buttery, fragrant, and studded with tender lamb and sweet yellow carrots — so good! 🥟 Samsa (baked lamb pies) – Flaky pastry filled with seasoned lamb. 🍢 Lamb Kebabs – A bit on the salty side and not as flavorful, tbh. Stick to Chinese-style lamb skewers for grilled meat perfection. The owner also kindly gave us a complimentary fried bread — think donut texture, warm and pillowy! 🍩 Three of us ate to our hearts’ content for around $21 per person + tip.
