Meat Lovers Will Definitely Love: Pinkerton's Barbecue

🌟Pinkerton's is definitely my personal favorite Texas BBQ restaurant in Houston, and I won't accept any arguments to the contrary. I don't mean to disparage others, but there's a place that many people think is incredibly delicious and highly praised, but in my opinion, it's just a letdown. I'm not talking about Killen's.🌟 The most outstanding dishes, which I order every time, are: 🍃Beef Brisket: Friends who order lean, please go out and turn right. You have to eat the moist, fatty one that's so flavorful and tender it melts in your mouth. In my younger, more vigorous days, I used to eat it straight, but now that I'm older and afraid of getting too greasy, I eat it as a sandwich with bread and onions. Of course, you can also order a brisket sandwich. I usually buy it by the pound.🍃 ⭐️Pork Ribs: You must order the glazed ones, just like how braised pork should have plenty of sugar. The pork itself is already falling off the bone, and with an added layer of sweet honey sauce, the satisfaction is off the charts.⭐️ 🍃Duck Jambalaya: I've never had this anywhere else, and it's really delicious. It's similar to oily rice, oily and fragrant. It's so good that it surpasses many Cajun restaurants in New Orleans, which is a real surprise. 🍃Blueberry Cobbler: This was an unexpected find on this visit, and it's incredibly tasty. The blueberries are not sour at all, but rather have a refreshing feel. The cake is crisp and slightly sweet, not the overly sweet kind you find in the South.
