The ice is 细腻 (silky smooth), and the jam is perfectly balanced—sweet with a hint of tartness. Every bite is super refreshing + packed with happiness! 🍡 Red Bean Shaved Ice This bowl is so Korean! The red beans are creamy and not too sweet. Topped with fragrant roasted soybean powder and chewy mochi, it has amazing layers of texture. Super satisfying after finishing! 🍪 Chocolate Cookie Shaved Ice Topped with soft cookie crumbs + chocolate sauce, it’s visually stunning 👀. But it’s on the sweeter side—pairs perfectly with coffee to cut the sweetness. 🍰 Tiramisu Cake Roll The filling is rich and smooth, and the flavor is good. But the cake itself is a bit stiff, lacking that light, airy feel. A tiny shame! 🍫 Chocolate Cake Roll It’s pretty similar in quality—“okay” level. Not amazing, but definitely not a letdown either. 🍯 Honey Citron Tea This honey citron tea is delicious! The sweet-tart balance is spot on, with a natural citrus flavor (no artificial sweetness). The iced version is super refreshing, making it the perfect match for desserts. ☕️ Coffee Just a regular coffee, no big standout. But it’s great for cutting the sweetness of the cakes! The shaved ice portions are huge! We ordered Medium size, which was perfect for two people to share. One person would definitely be stuffed!
