Micro-Fishing in Los Angeles π£β¨
Tried some micro-fishing here in California! Visited the Whittier Narrows Recreation Area β a versatile park where you can fish, boat, camp, BBQ, and more. Pretty much everything is possible! π³π£βοΈπ’ Went on a Tuesday morning β the park is huge, but I stayed around the lake area. Not too crowded at all. Brought both my lure rod and micro-fishing rod. The lakebed has a lot of weeds, and the water isnβt very deep. Kept getting snagged when casting the lure (maybe the lure weight was too heavy?), so I eventually gave up and switched to micro-fishing. There were plenty of small fish schools β drop the bait near them, and itβs almost instant bites! ππ Only caught two species though β but still a fun experience!
