Minnesota Foodie | Hip Sing Cantonese Cuisine π
π 6201 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Center π° Average cost per person: $30 - $40 A Cantonese restaurant a bit far from school. The owner is a Vietnamese - Asian, so the decor has a Vietnamese vibe. Hahaha. πThe roast duck is delicious! It brings back memories of home. The portions are generous, and the dipping sauce has a soy - sauce flavor that I like. My friend prefers the sour and spicy flavor, but I think this one is tastier. The Typhoon Shelter Fried Crab feels similar to what you'd get at Kylin Pavilion. The crab meat is firm and there's a good amount of it. π However, the crab roe was a bit bitter. I was puzzled because it was taken straight from the tank to be cooked. Was it not fresh? My friend said the Fried Beef River Noodles tasted quite authentic. I don't usually eat fried noodles, so I found it average. I wouldn't recommend the Satay Beef Hot Pot π There were very few beef slices, the flavor was bland, and the vermicelli was all clumped together. #CantoneseCuisine #CantoneseRestaurant #RoastDuck π
