I had wonderful time, the service was very kind and accommodating. The food especially the seafood was very delicious, and the whole atmosphere was homey, and inviting, and I'm an introvert. I went for the sole experience to eat in an restaurant, the place was perfect. From what I remember of the food names, I had ordered the jellyfish appetizer which was chewy and sweet with some pickled vegetables on the side 😋. Pork and eggplant w/ garlic sauce, kinda of an oilly dish, but still delicious with the texture of the eggplant. Lobster w/ ginger scallions my favorite of the whole meal, it was so good I don't have good words to describe it. The last dish was Crab Hong Kong style, fried crabs with the hint of spiciness, also delicious. But what sold it was the giant bowl of rice they gave me to eat with it all, it wasn't until after I was done eating that they told there was free rice refills, too bad I was already full. Btw the seafood dishs have seasonal price so they are based on the size of the lobster or crabs with their prices displayed in restaurant. This is my first review, hope this helps you.

READ A FEW REVIEWS and you'll see there's a common trend with this place. Customer service here is non existence unless you're white. The girl (not a women) in the front and male worker sitting at the table with his laptop are rude! I notice, I didn't receive a receipt and went back in to ask for it. The girl a and her bf on his laptop started swearing in Vietnamese (du ma du ma du du) and to my surprise they're not chinese. They both gave me an obvious attitude and dirty looks. The reason why orders are completed fast are because everything is precooked! I will not be coming back here! Fried Dumplings: 2/10. The dumplings were lightly pan fried. The outer shell was solf and insides were warm. One of the worse fried dumpling I've ever had. Eggrolls: 2/10. The Eggrolls are obviously pre-made and reheated. The outer shell tasted very burnt and extremely greasy! Disgusting! Roast Pork: 5/10. Taste was below average. Meat was dry. Duck (red): 6/10. Average. Twice cooked pork: 6/10. Average Beef and tendons: 5/10. Flavor was average. Meat was too soft because not because it was over cooked but because it was obviously pre-heated. Who knows how many days it has been reheated...

I went to Sun Foods to buy some specialty foods but before we decide to eat something and stop in this joint. For my surprise this is more than the regular chinese, the rosted bbq pork was amazing. The service was good and there are plenty of choices on the menú. Next time will try the roasted duck.

It had to be discrimination because I felt that the woman who took our order didn't care for me. But I dismissed the feeling. Second time ordering from here and my Yeung Chow Fried Rice made me sick. I am suffering from stomach pains right now, as this just happened hours ago. I found small amounts of rotten cabbage in the dish. Fried rice doesn't even have cabbage in it that's how I know this was deliberate. Discriminated against by other minorities to the point they poisoned my food. What a day😞
