Montenegro Food Guide 2⃣️: Budva & Sveti Stefan (Beyond Seafood!)

My Kotor food guide is already posted—check it out on my profile if needed! 📍 Budva 1⃣️ Garden Cafe Located downtown; parking can be tricky ⚠️ Ordered their classic seafood platter, pasta, and pizza—all excellent quality at shockingly affordable prices. 💰 Price: ~€20/pax 2⃣️ Mercur (Caution: Mixed reviews in comments ⚠️) A local-style restaurant in Budva. Portions are HUGE (pasta/rice dishes could feed two!), but flavors aren’t as standout as others. Must-try: The "sauerkraut stewed pork" (pictured)—a hearty, homely dish that tastes like China in a bowl 🥺. Perfect for a break from seafood! Their cheesecake is also uniquely light and flavorful. 💰 Price: ~€20/pax 3⃣️ Mozart By the entrance to Budva Old Town. Cozy ambiance with fire-lit glass columns for warmth. Highlights: Grilled octopus tentacle (pictured) was divine! Other dishes were also solid—no regrets. Drinks are creative but overly sweet. Portions are smaller here, so order freely. 💰 Price: ~€35/pax 📍 Sveti Stefan 4⃣️ Kusta Not on the island (access is restricted) but along the road from Budva to Sveti Stefan. Note: Google Maps lied—it was closed for dinner, so we went for lunch instead. The waiter enthusiastically recommended dishes, and his picks were all hits! Portions are large (half the plate is fries 😂). Must-order: Squid stuffed with shrimp 🦑🍤—a first in Montenegro and utterly delicious! 💰 Price: ~€25/pax That’s all for my Montenegro food guides!
