The waiter speaks basic English and it's easy to communicate. I ordered fish soup, Mućkalica (beef stew), Turkish coffee and fresh juice. The soup never arrived as the waiter explained it would be too much food for me as the stew is already a big portion. Thanks 😏 good decision but let me decide next time or at least let me know. The stew was marvelous however sopska salad was not my favourite side order. Matter of taste. The Turkish coffee was good but natural juice arrived as bottled mandarin juice (not my favourite). The whole experience spoiled very aggressive flies which were sitting on me, on food and didn't want to leave me alone. Luckily I had a mosquito repellent spray in my bag so it helped a bit. In the end there was a long wait (I had to ask twice) for the bill. Total paid 17 euro rounded to 18. In general it's a good budget option to try Montenegrin food but I wouldn't...
Read moreMaybe they just don’t welcome foreign customers and they DON’T care. Nobody pays attention when we firstly walked in and asked for seat. Then when we got ourself a seat and sat down, nobody was even willing to bring us a menu. Instead, they were chatting and laughing at the counter. Later when I tried to order, they shouted to me with their own language which I couldn’t understand. Then I asked again if I could order, but just got told to ask the other waiter by a waitress. Then when I tried to ask the waiter, he just walkded away with no attention to us and appeared to be busy. Just one reminder, there were only 3 groups of customers in the indoor dinning area including us. Indeed, what a WONDERFUL experience. By the way, no comment on the food since I don’t know how they taste like. Because I didn’t even have a...
Read moreDisgraceful experience; do not go here. Ordered drinks in the cafe section of this place, whilst waiting for a bus. As the server brought our drinks we paid the 4.20Euro bill, by cash given to the server in his hand. As we boarded our bus to Kotor, he then accused us of not having paid, following us onto the bus and threatening us with the CCTV footage and the police. His attitude was aggressive, unreasonable, and arrogant, not helped by his apparent inability to communicate in any language. As the whole bus was delayed by this episode, I (regrettably) then gave him a 5 Euro note and told him to go away. This man is either an idiot or a liar. You might want to take a video of any transactions you make in this place as proof, to avoid...
