More Ramen Adventures 🍜: Jinya Ramen Bar

We arrived at the ramen bar around 12:30 PM. As soon as we walked in, I was struck by the similarity to the previous café we visited, Little Black Sheep Coffee. The modern decor, combined with the bass-heavy music, made it feel more like a bar 😅 rather than a ramen restaurant. But let’s get to the food! 1️⃣ Crispy Chicken (5 pieces) - $9.00 I thought it was really delicious. The chicken was flavorful and not dry at all—it was very tender. The exterior was well-fried and tasted great! Rating: 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2️⃣ Salmon Aburi Oshi Sushi - $7.80 There were only a few pieces, but they were incredibly tasty! The rice at the bottom was soft and fresh, perfectly cooked. The salmon on top was truly melt-in-your-mouth. It wasn’t too raw or too cooked—just right! With the sauce, it was perfection! You have to try this! Rating: 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3️⃣ My little friend ordered the ramen: Jinya Tonkotsu Black (Black Pork Bone Ramen) He also added an extra serving of noodles (kaedama). The noodles were thin and had a slight chewiness. The overall flavor was very traditional. The pork was a bit fatty, but it could have been leaner. My little buddy loved it and ate half a bowl by himself! It seemed to be a good fit for kids. Rating: 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #DallasFood #DallasExplore #Ramen #JapaneseRamen
