There’s a Vietnamese restaurant in Kansas City that I have to visit every time I pass through. This Thanksgiving, on my road trip back to Missouri, I stopped by twice in two days — it’s just that good! 🚩 BROKEN RICE – Once a low-cost dish, now a beloved classic. Their version is full of flavor and texture! 🚩 BÁNH MÌ – A French-Vietnamese fusion street food classic. Cheap, tasty, and absolutely delicious 😋 🚩 VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLLS – Fresh, light, and packed with ingredients. Served with dipping sauce — healthy and yummy! 🚩 ROAST DUCK – Incredibly well-cooked. Paired with peanut sauce or fish sauce — no regrets at all! The area feels like a Vietnamese cultural hub — so many great food options around. If this spot isn’t your style, there are plenty of other restaurants in the same block to choose from! Plus, the interior is beautifully decorated 🏮. There’s even a Vietnamese bubble tea shop next door — perfect for grabbing a drink while waiting for your food 🧋.
